Job description

DB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer.

The role is based in Leeds with the flexibility to travel to London 2–3 times a month.

1. Degree accredited

2. Knowledge of building safety act, low carbon, and renewables

3. Proficiency in CAD and Revit (not critical)

4. Competent in all elements of HVAC, mainly commercial, with relevant calculations to support design

5. Supporting junior team members in-house

6. Willingness to attend site for design support and quality control

7. Salary circa £60–65k
