The Role:

You’ll design custom machinery using SolidWorks, with a strong focus on sheet metal components. You’ll play a key role in taking projects from initial concept through to production, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery.

Your responsibilities as Design Engineer will include:

• Design of bespoke machinery using SolidWorks
• Creating detailed sheet metal and fabrication drawings
• Working with PDM to manage and maintain design data
• Collaborating with customers, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project delivery

You’ll need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Design Engineer
• Strong 3D modelling and detailing skills using SolidWorks
• A proven track record in sheet metal design
• Familiarity with PDM systems
• A practical, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
