Job summary

PSR Solutions is partnered with a major contractor to appoint a Mechanical Construction Manager for residential and hotel projects in London. You will own the Mechanical package across multiple sites, ensuring safe delivery, on-time progress, and high standards for the client.

Working with Project Managers, Technical Services and site teams, you will coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings, solve on-site issues and drive the project from first fix to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Construction Manager or Building Services Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical building services installations.
• Experience delivering Residential, Hotel or large-scale commercial projects.
• Ability to manage Mechanical subcontractors from first fix through to commissioning.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing Mechanical subcontractors throughout the construction phase.
• Monitoring programme, quality and health & safety.
• Coordinating Mechanical installations with the wider construction team.
• Reviewing drawings and resolving on-site coordination issues.
• Attending site meetings with consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Driving quality through to commissioning and handover.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within programme.
