Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers for Redditch, to join well-established manufacturing companies. You will assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies from drawings and use hand and power tools in a workshop environment.

Candidates should have experience in mechanical assembly or fitting, be able to read technical drawings, and work to production schedules. This is a full-time, permanent role with training and development prospects and regular shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly and fitting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong practical and mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies.
• Work from drawings, build instructions and specs.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with experienced fitters.
• Assemble parts for generators and specialist equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to meet standards.
