Job summary

Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Mechanical Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Egham, TW20. The role involves assembling components with hand and power tools, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring quality compliance in a clean, safety-focused environment.

The position is permanent with a Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM shift. Salary is £32k per annum, with opportunities to contribute to improvements and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble components using hand, power, and precision tools
• Interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
• Ensure all parts meet required quality standards; identify and report defects
• Handle components safely in line with health & safety regulations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and 5S workplace standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support team activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement, including work instructions and risk assessments
• Follow all company procedures and safety requirements

This is a Permanen t Position

Shift Timings : Mon-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
