Job description

Salary Package: Competitive, plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid volunteering days per year.

Hours: 08:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support best practice and best-in-class M+E methodology, ensuring rigorous and effective maintenance regimens are performed and maintained.
2. Provide data reporting to the Facilities Manager.
3. Conduct proactive risk assessments and report any potential threats to service delivery.
4. Support continuous improvement in organization, productivity, and quality within the Facilities team.
5. Collaborate with Security to maintain and administer access control requests.
6. Build strong relationships with internal teams across the company to promote and deliver quality Data Centre services.
7. Liaise with Change, Architecture, Professional Services, and DC Facilities teams to ensure successful infrastructure changes.
8. Maintain relationships with suppliers to stay informed about plant and equipment, and keep up-to-date on M+E technology improvements.
9. Participate in the On-Call rota to support infrastructure outside of normal hours.

What do you need?

• Detailed knowledge of CRAC Units, Chilled Water Systems, and Chillers.
• Experience with UPS Frames & Generator systems.
• Understanding of PPM & BMS systems.
• Experience in Fault Diagnosis and IST delivery.
• A motivated team player confident in a customer-facing role to deliver excellent service.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Full UK Driving License.
