Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd is seeking an experienced Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician with MOT Tester qualifications to join a family-run workshop in Gillingham.

The role covers servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across all vehicle makes; MOT testing is desirable but not essential. A full UK driving licence and strong knowledge of vehicle systems are required.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance.
• MOT Tester certificate.
• Full UK driving licence (clean).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical).
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (Level 3)/MOT Tester to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £37,000 (To be discussed at interview)

Hours: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Location: Gillingham, ME8

The Company is a family-run business with a friendly team of five in the workshop. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician with MOT Tester qualifications to join their team.

The Role:

• Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on all makes and models of vehicles
• MOT testing desirable but not essential (if your certificate has expired, we will still consider you please state this on your CV)

• MOT Tester (certificate)
