Job summary

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced mechanic to join a very ambitious and customer-centric organisation.

Salary: £800.00 - £1000.00 per week depending on experience and qualifications (time and a half paid on weekends) + benefits and perks

Typical duties include:
  • carrying out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on vehicles
  • perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery
  • diagnose mechanical issues and develop appropriate solutions
  • repair or replace faulty components and parts
  • conduct thorough inspections of engines, transmissions, and other systems
  • test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs
  • keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair tasks
We would like to hear from candidates who have:
  • proven experience as a Mechanic
  • proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • strong knowledge of mechanical systems and engines
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent problem-solving skills

Candidates will have a recognised apprenticeship as a bus Mechanic/PCV/PSV Technician and hold NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.

Preferably, you will have a valid driving licence.
