• Proven experience with vehicle systems including mechanical repairs.
• Familiarity with schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Strong knowledge of engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely in a busy workshop.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain repairs clearly.
• Training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify issues accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Conduct heavy lifting and equipment repairs safely, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts used and repair procedures followed.
• Assist customers with technical questions, providing excellent customer service and clear explanations of repair work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on vehicles to extend their lifespan and improve performance.
• Support team members with complex repairs by interpreting schematics and mechanical diagrams as needed.
