Job Title: Mechanic / Engineer / Car Builder

Tomcat Motorsport Ltd is seeking a versatile professional to join our team. This role involves building and partially building Tomcat road and competition cars, as well as repairing and servicing racing and off-road vehicles.

The ideal candidate will be a capable mechanic with resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. They should be competent in electrical systems repair and build, possess light fabrication skills, and have experience with fibre glass repairs. Welding and machining skills are preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the project engineer and alongside other team members, including self-employed professionals.

This role can be offered part-time, suitable for a qualified mechanic seeking a career change or a skilled car builder looking for part-time work in retirement. Road testing and off-road testing will be part of the role, so a clean UK driving license is required.
