Job summary

Vertu Ford Stafford is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £38,000 plus bonus, with a 40-hour week. You will diagnose, repair and service vehicles to high standards, using your technical expertise to achieve quality results and first-time fixes.

A sign-on bonus of £1,000 in month 1 and another £1,000 in month 13 is available. Requirements include City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive, hands-on experience, your own

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Own set of tools and a full UK driving licence.

We are offering a competitive basic salary up to £38,000 plus Bonus , depending on your skills and experience working 40 hours a week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
• Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
• Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes

What You’ll Need

• A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
• Hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
