Mechanic Prestige Automotive Restoration & Engineering in Leicester is seeking a skilled Hydraulics Technician to diagnose, repair, rebuild and test hydraulic and mechanical components for prestigious vehicles. You will join a specialist engineering team dedicated to restoring luxury and classic cars to the highest standards.

As a hands-on technician, you will fault-find, solve problems and apply precision engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hydraulics Technician, Vehicle Technician or Mechanical Fitter.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems.
• Experience working with hydraulic systems would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Opportunity

As a Hydraulics Technician, you'll work within a dedicated technical team responsible for the refurbishment, remanufacturing and testing of hydraulic systems and vehicle components. No two days are the same, and you'll be involved in a wide variety of specialist engineering projects.

This position would suit a Hydraulics Technicianwho enjoys stripping components down, understanding how systems work, identifying faults and rebuilding assemblies to an exceptional standard.
