Job summary

A leading cycling service provider in Leeds is seeking a Workshop Leader to manage a small team and handle bike repairs while ensuring excellent customer service. What you'll do:

• Lead and support a small workshop team
• Carry out bike repairs, maintenance and e-bike diagnostics
• Deliver excellent customer service and advice
• Manage workflow, organisation and stock levels

• Train and mentor colleagues

What we're looking for:

• Previous bike mechanic experience (leadership experience a plus)
• Strong technical skills - Cytech Level 2 or equivalent ideal
