We are looking for a Mechanic to join our team at CHC Helicopter. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Mechanic will be part of our professional maintenance team responsible for delivering our fleet of helicopters to the flight line to help our customers achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities of a Mechanic:

1. Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on our S92 and EC175 Helicopter fleet as part of the Aberdeen engineering team.
2. Accurate documentation of maintenance activities within their scope of approval.
3. Ensure all documentation used during maintenance is current and properly revised.
4. Stay updated with amendments to company procedures, manuals, and relevant technical data.
5. Ensure tools used during maintenance are properly controlled.
6. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas.
7. Observe health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

1. Experience with rotary wing aircraft, preferably in the oil and gas sector, but other relevant experience will be considered.
2. Knowledge of MSDS and COSHH requirements.
3. Computer literate; experience with AMOS MRO software is preferred but not essential.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.

• Must pass psychometric evaluations, UK security background check, and a disclosure Scotland check to obtain an airport security pass.
