Job summary

Dunbia is seeking a Warehouse Operative at Cross Hands to handle receiving, stock control, packing and dispatch. You will work within a meat processing environment, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met, with duties including picking, packing and loading for delivery.

On-site roles with day and night shifts, opportunities for progression to senior roles, and weekly pay are provided. A strong emphasis on accuracy and safe working practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and dispatch goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure FIFO where applicable.
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
• Prepare products for dispatch including labeling and palletizing.
• Load goods onto delivery vehicles and ensure safe transport.
• Adhere to health and safety and food safety standards.
• Report hazards or equipment faults to the Warehouse Manager.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and hygienic.
