Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking Food Production Operatives for our Meldreth operation. The role involves hands-on processing, packaging and palletising meat products in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience in food production is preferred; bandsaw experience is desirable but training can be provided. Candidates should be reliable, able to work in a busy setting and follow hygiene and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, manufacturing or factory environments.
• Willingness to learn and undertake training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move stock within the production facility.
• Prepare and process meat products.
• Cut meat to required size.
• Use production equipment safely.
• Pack finished products for dispatch.
• Build and prepare pallets for delivery.
• Carry out basic quality checks.
• Keep production areas clean and tidy.
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
