You will work in a fast-paced meat production environment, with full training provided to develop skills and progression opportunities. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production environment is desirable.
• Ability to demonstrate knife skills for skilled roles or willingness to learn in semi-skilled/trainee roles.
• Good communication and team collaboration.
• Ability to work on own initiative while contributing to team goals.
• Good attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure meat products are produced to ABP and customer specifications.
• Maintain production deadlines and operate safely with proper PPE.
• Seek training to improve skills and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise production yield and quality.
• Report faults and maintain equipment hygiene and sanitation.
