Job summary

DAZN Leeds is seeking an MCR Operator to help ensure flawless live broadcasts across our global sports coverage. You’ll handle routing, switching, and monitoring of feeds, working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays to keep DAZN live and reliable.

You will join a close-knit team, learn essential broadcast tech, and contribute to incident logging and support across events. This role suits someone with a keen interest in live sports and strong composure under pressure.

The Role

As an MCR Opreator, you will be on the front lines of DAZN’s live operations, managing the smooth and uninterrupted delivery of global sports coverage. You’ll handle the routing, switching, and monitoring of live event feeds, quickly resolving any issues to keep fans connected to the action. This role will see you working a schedule aligned to the global sports calendar, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring DAZN remains live, responsive, and reliable at all times. You’ll be joining a close-knit team where collaboration is key, and where your skills will grow alongside the evolution of cutting-edge broadcast technology.

What You'll Be Doing:
