Job summary

DAZN Leeds is seeking an MCR Operator to help ensure flawless live broadcasts across our global sports coverage. You’ll handle routing, switching, and monitoring of feeds, working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays to keep DAZN live and reliable.

You will join a close-knit team, learn essential broadcast tech, and contribute to incident logging and support across events. This role suits someone with a keen interest in live sports and strong composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Interest in broadcast operations and live sports.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Good communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routing and switching live sports feeds using internal tools.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing signals, flag irregularities.
• Support setup and basic checks for live events.
• Provide first-line assistance for minor operational issues under supervision.
• Learn to use core broadcast equipment (IRDs, routers, monitoring tools).
• Maintain clear communication with senior operators and technical teams.
• Follow established workflows and assist with incident logging.
