Job summary

Citi is seeking an MCA Automation Analyst in Belfast to enhance and automate the Manager Control Assessment program. You will analyze data, create dashboards, and support governance reporting while partnering with Risk, Controls, and Technology teams to drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes reducing manual work, improving data quality, and strengthening monitoring in a high‑risk environment. Hybrid working and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk & Controls, Operational Risk, Compliance, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or similar tools preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support automation and reporting processes for MCA.
• Develop and maintain standardized MCA dashboards and reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, exceptions, and control gaps.
• Validate data and reconcile across MCA data sources.
• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of MCA automation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Controls, and Technology teams to improve processes.
• Prepare governance materials and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Track MCA-related action items, issues, and remediation activities.
• Support governance activities in line with Citi's MCA policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of MCA processes and controls.
