University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Education Coordinator to support the MBBS Undergraduate Medicine programme. The role focuses on timetabling, SSC organisation, and coordination of student progression within the Curriculum Team.

The post, graded at GRADE 7, offers a salary of £43,981–£54,019 including London Allowance and is a permanent position from December 2026.

Formación

• Experienced education administrator with degree level or equivalent experience.
• Skilled in online e-learning platforms and complex databases/records systems.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; able to manage own work and support a Curriculum Administrator.

Responsabilidades

• Manage timetabling for year 2 MBBS within the Curriculum Team.
• Organise Student Selected Components (SSCs) and coordinate Patient Pathway.
• Coordinate allocation and progression of students in the intercalated BSc (iBSc).
• Ensure high-quality student experience and timely delivery of curriculum requirements.
