Alignerr is seeking MBA-qualified professionals to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on real-world business problems. You’ll stress-test AI reasoning across finance, strategy, and operations, documenting gaps and building gold-standard responses for executive-level applications.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role offering 10–40 hours per week. No AI background is required—just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

Qualifications

• Holds an MBA from an accredited institution.
• Strong foundational expertise in Finance, Marketing, Operations or Strategic Management.

Responsibilities

• Design complex business challenges spanning DCF valuation and market entry strategy.
• Author ground-truth solutions with executive-style rationales and financial statements.
• Audit AI-generated content for logical consistency and accuracy.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to refine AI reasoning.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
