Job summary

Ethos is seeking engagement managers with strong backgrounds in management consulting or corporate strategy to train AI models on professional documents and presentations. You will craft client-ready strategy decks, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and build iconic Excel/PowerPoint deliverables for executive audiences.

The role offers flexible, remote engagement with 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation of $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for strategy delivery and decision support
• Lead stakeholder interviews and synthesis for engagement diagnostics and roadmaps
