Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a premium private healthcare practice in Mayfair, London. You will own the day-to-day operations, lead the administrative team and partner with clinicians to deliver a seamless, discreet patient experience.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, referrals, budgets and compliance (CQC, GDPR), while maintaining high standards of service for VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager or similar
• Experience within private healthcare
• Strong experience managing people and day-to-day operations
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and budgeting/KPIs
• Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running and operational performance of the practice
• Lead, manage and develop the administrative team
• Ensure patients receive a seamless, professional and highly personalised experience
• Work closely with GPs, clinicians and external healthcare providers
• Manage patient enquiries, feedback and sensitive or complex situations
• Oversee appointments, scheduling, referrals and administrative processes
• Monitor budgets, costs, invoicing and financial administration
• Maintain practice policies, procedures and compliance standards
