Job summary

UKAEA is seeking a Service Support Advisor to provide first-line support for IBM Maximo and related asset management platforms, ensuring requests are processed efficiently and data remains accurate. You'll coordinate maintenance requests, monitor system performance and deliver reporting using Excel and Power BI, while developing user guidance and training materials for colleagues.

Qualifications

• A Levels or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems or asset management environments.
• Knowledge of EAM principles and data quality management.
• Proficiency in Excel with reporting and data analysis experience.
• Experience with IBM Maximo, Power BI or SharePoint advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for IBM Maximo and related asset systems.
• Coordinate maintenance requests from receipt to completion.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain asset records, templates and master data.
• Support configuration, testing and administration of EAM systems.
• Produce reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop user guides and training materials for adoption.
• Support audits, governance activities and onboarding of assets.
• Collaborate with customers and operations teams to deliver a client-focused service.
