Job summary

Sapientia Education Trust's Wymondham College is seeking a Matron to support boarding and day students with a focus on health and well-being, and to supervise boarders in the evenings, overnights and mornings.

The post is permanent, 22 hours per week, term-time only, on site, and starts as soon as possible. The college offers a welcoming team, staff benefits, and a generous LGPS pension scheme.

Matron

Location: Wymondham College

Salary: FTE: £26,427 per annum, pro-rata £18,129 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay

Contract: Permanent, 22 hours per week, Term-time only, Monday, Wednesday to Friday

Matrons are an integral part of the boarding house staff team and play a significant role in the personal development of the students under their care. Matrons assist the House leadership team with the care of both boarding and day students, with particular responsibility for the health and well-being of boarders and supervision of boarder during the evenings, overnight and mornings.
