Job summary

First Class Supply are seeking Maths Teachers to cover middle and secondary schools across Northumberland, from Alnwick to Blyth. The roles include a mix of daily and longer-term positions with both full and part-time hours to suit your lifestyle.

Applicants should hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, be proactive, enthusiastic and flexible, and be prepared to undergo DBS disclosure if required. ECTs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS.
• Recent experience teaching Maths within the UK National Curriculum.
• Flexible to work at short notice and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths to middle and secondary students in line with UK National Curriculum.
• Be proactive, enthusiastic and reliable in delivering lessons.
• Attend interviews and complete required safeguarding checks.

We require teachers who:

• have an exceptional work ethic and a proven record of exemplary classroom practice

• have recent experience / knowledge of teaching Maths within the UK National Curriculum
