Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality KS3/KS4 lessons in Bristol and surrounding areas. You will plan, teach, assess and differentiate to meet diverse needs, while maintaining high standards of behaviour and pupil progress.

UK QTS is required with recent UK teaching experience. This full-time role offers ongoing opportunities, competitive weekly PAYE pay, and access to CPD and dedicated consultant support. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• UK QTS required and recent UK teaching experience.
• Strong maths subject knowledge and ability to teach KS3/KS4.

About the Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping pupils develop strong mathematical understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Teach and assess pupils in line with the curriculum
• Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Support pupils with developing confidence in Mathematics
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

What We're Looking For

• UK QTS is required
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths
• Recent UK secondary teaching experience
• Experience teaching KS3 and/or KS4 Maths
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A committed and enthusiastic approach to teaching
