Overview

Tradewind Recruitment are working on behalf of an Ofsted Rated 'Good' all-girls' academy in the L8 area. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to cover a half-term position starting in September 2025. This short-term role will suit an adaptable teacher who can quickly build relationships, deliver engaging lessons, and ensure progress across Key Stages 3-4.

Start Date: September 2025
Location: L8 - All-Girls' Academy, Ofsted Rated 'Good'
Contract: Full-time, Half-Term Cover
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Duration: Half a term (Autumn 2025)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging mathematics lessons and ensure progress for students across Key Stages 3-4.
  • Build positive relationships quickly with students and staff to support learning.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of a diverse student cohort in a half-term placement.
Qualifications
