Job summary

First For Education in Dudley is seeking a flexible and confident Secondary Maths Teacher to provide mathematics cover in a well-regarded secondary school rated Good by Ofsted. This is a full-time, long-term position for the start of the academic year, delivering Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.

You will join a school with a strong behaviour policy and supportive leadership, offering consistency and CPD opportunities for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience delivering Maths across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Secondary Supply Teacher role requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Ability to deliver lessons across the mathematics subject
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through The Education Specialists

The successful Secondary Supply Teacher will
