Job summary

Kingston University London International Study Centre, operated by Study Group, is seeking a dedicated tutor to teach Mathematics and Statistics with Project Skills across Foundation (RQF Level 3). You will design, develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials and collaborate with colleagues to align programmes with the Centre’s strategy.

You will provide academic support to students, develop innovative teaching practices, and contribute to welfare and progression support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (Essential).
Master’s degree in a relevant field (Desirable).
Teaching qualification or significant experience with students is preferred.
Experience teaching mathematics/statistics in UK HE or related setting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver modules for Kingston University London International Study Centre.
Prepare and deliver teaching lessons, seminars and tutorials.
Create and mark examinations and formative/summative assessments.
Provide regular feedback and reports to students; act as Personal Tutor as needed.
Update course materials and support VLE resources.
Support induction, welfare and progression of students.
Participate in quality assurance and governance processes.
