Job summary

The Kingston University London International Study Centre, operated by Study Group, seeks a dedicated tutor to teach Mathematics and Statistics with Project Skills across Foundation level. You will design, deliver and update modules, create assessments, and provide feedback to support an excellent student experience.

You will collaborate with colleagues to align teaching with strategy, support welfare and progression, and act as a Personal Tutor to groups of students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Essential).
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Desirable).
• Teaching qualification or significant experience required.
• Experience teaching mathematics and statistics in UK higher or further education.
• Knowledge of MATLAB and SPSS software.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and develop modules at Foundation level (RQF Level 3).
• Prepare teaching lessons, seminars and tutorials.
• Write and prepare examinations and formative assessments.
• Mark submissions and provide timely feedback to students.
• Update course material and VLE content, and support induction.
• Act as a Personal Tutor for student groups and track progression.
