Job summary

West Suffolk College’s Built Environment Campus in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a proactive Maths tutor to support students on 16-18 study programmes, delivering Maths Functional Skills and GCSE qualifications.

Based primarily at the Built Environment campus, with some delivery across the Sixth Form campus, you will provide in-class and out-of-class support and work with the Maths team to help learners develop confidence and skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions for Maths Functional Skills and GCSE students.
• Support classroom delivery and provide occasional cover as needed.
• Collaborate with Maths team and vocational tutors to ensure joined-up support for learners.
