Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Teach across all levels and abilities - A-Level, GCSE, Functional Skills.
2. Develop, maintain, and stimulate pupils' curiosity, interest, and enjoyment in Mathematics.
3. Ensure all pupils have equal access to Mathematics and can experience success.
4. Develop pupils' familiarity, competence, and confidence with Mathematical concepts, principles, and methods.
5. Provide challenges for every pupil and encourage them to reach their potential.
6. Enhance pupils' understanding and application of Mathematics in broader contexts.

Skills & Experience:

• Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS on the update service.
• A UK-recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering the subject.
• Knowledge of diverse pedagogic approaches to support different learning styles.
• Up-to-date subject knowledge.
• Flexible approach and responsiveness to individual pupil needs.
