We are working with a leading Further Education College based in Birmingham to recruit an experienced GCSE Maths Lecturer for a September start.

Role Details:

• Location: Birmingham
• Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Utilize professional, academic, or vocational experience to deliver engaging and aspirational learning experiences that motivate students.
• Encourage high student ambition, leading to positive progression and satisfaction among employers.
• Provide high-quality, innovative teaching across all levels.
• Collaborate with staff and students to address barriers and ensure students receive optimal support for their careers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Recognized teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one) such as PTTLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE, along with GCSE or Level 2 in Maths, English, and ICT.
• Ability to plan and deliver quality teaching on designated modules.
• Up-to-date subject knowledge and recent teaching experience in the further education or school sector.
• Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS check within the last 12 months or on the update service.
• Experience in lecturing GCSE Maths.
