East Lancashire Learning Group's Accrington and Rossendale College invites applications for a Maths Lecturer. The role focuses on delivering GCSE and Functional Skills Maths, with a 35-hour week and a permanent contract at Accrington and Rossendale campus.
The successful candidate will plan courses, develop schemes of work, and teach in a supportive environment that values high achievement, professional development, and student success.
Salary: Up to £41,937 per annum (possibility for additional incentive payment, see details below)
Hours: 35 per week (part-time may also be considered)
Working Weeks: 52 per year

You’ll be involved in every aspect of course planning, including developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching resources, all while building strong relationships with your learners. Your efforts will contribute to improving student retention, attendance, and success rates, and you’ll play a key role in shaping the curriculum to best meet students’ needs.
