This large secondary academy in Manchester is seeking a Maths Learning Support Assistant to join their successful maths department and help deliver targeted academic support to students. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to student progress while developing key skills for teacher training or further study.*** Maths Learning Support Assistant*** £90 - £100 per day*** September 2025 – July 2026*** Large Secondary Academy – Manchester*** Supporting in maths lessons, delivering interventions & raising attainmentThe RoleAs a Maths Learning Support Assistant, you will support the maths department by working with students both in the classroom and in smaller groups. Your responsibilities will include delivering 1-2-1 interventions, assisting with GCSE booster sessions, and helping pupils develop their confidence and understanding in maths. You’ll play a key role in helping students close learning gaps and achieve their academic goals.The CandidateThis role is perfect for a recent maths graduate or someone with a strong academic background in mathematics who is considering a future in teaching.
