Support Student Progress While Preparing for Teacher Training

Pay: £89–£95 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time only

Teaching Personnel’s Graduate Pathway offers an exciting route into teaching through a Trainee Learning Support Assistant role. You’ll work in one of our partner secondary schools supporting student attainment and building the foundations for your future in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted 1:1 or small group interventions in your subject specialism
Support pupils with SEN or low attainment in mainstream classroom settings
Collaborate with teachers to monitor and review academic progress
Act as a role model and mentor, promoting a love for learning
Ideal Candidate:
A graduate with a strong academic background in English, Maths, or Science
An empathetic and patient communicator
Someone who thrives when working with young people and understands the challenges some students face
Looking to move into teacher training after gaining classroom experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
