Bluebank School, part of Acorn Education and Outcomes First Group, is seeking a Maths Lead who can transform how students experience maths, shape curriculum, and inspire colleagues. You will work with senior leadership to develop an ambitious curriculum, raise standards and ensure all learners engage with Maths meaningfully.
The role emphasises high expectations, inclusive teaching, and driving outcomes for every student, including SEMH needs, across Key Stage 3/4 and beyond.
We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring Maths Lead to join Bluebank School and transform the way our students experience, understand and engage with mathematics. This is more than leading a subject, it's your opportunity to shape the curriculum, inspire colleagues and unlock potential. You'll champion high-quality maths teaching across the school, creating learning that is purposeful, engaging and accessible for every student. Working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in developing an ambitious maths curriculum that reflects the individual needs of our learners and equips them with the knowledge, confidence and skills they need to succeed. If you're ready to lead with ambition, inspire others and make Maths matter, we'd love to hear from you.
