Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting for a Maths Graduate Learning Mentor to support pupils in a secondary school. This long-term role starts in September with an interview process underway.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, deliver targeted interventions, provide in-class support, and cover Maths lessons as needed. A Maths degree and strong academic background are required, along with a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

Qualifications

• Maths related degree with 2:1 or higher.
• Strong academic background, e.g. A-Levels.
• Experience in an academic setting (e.g., TA work, tutoring) is beneficial.
• Highly personable, patient and passionate about helping pupils.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with pupils on a 1:1/group basis
• Plan and deliver outstanding interventions
• Provide in class support
• Cover lessons in the Maths department
• Long term, full time, starting in September, interviews now
