Job summary

Cove School in Farnborough seeks a proactive Curriculum Leader for Mathematics to lead a team of eight specialist teachers. You will drive progress across years 7–11, promote high standards, and collaborate to deliver a rich programme of learning and CPD.

You will oversee in-house CPD sessions, share best practice, and work to maintain excellent outcomes while safeguarding students and upholding all school policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics (essential).
• Thorough knowledge of the 13-16 subject Curriculum GCSE (essential).
• Experience leading a team (desirable).
• Experience motivating colleagues (desirable).
• Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE (essential).
• Awareness of Safeguarding requirements and good practice.
• Good level of IT literacy.
