About the Role

As a Teacher of Mathematics, you will bring numbers and quantitative logic to life, delivering high-quality instruction across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE Mathematics), and potentially Key Stage 5 (A-Level Maths / Further Maths, depending on experience). Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-rigor Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE), with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 (A-Level) based on subject expertise.
• Prepare pupils thoroughly for national examinations using data-informed tracking, exam board strategies, and regular diagnostic feedback routines.
• Develop students’ mathematical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and real-world application of quantitative techniques.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate student progress, implementing targeted intervention strategies to stretch high achievers and support learners needing additional guidance.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching credential.
