Job summary

The Aylesbury Vale Academy is seeking an experienced Mathematics teacher, potentially with Head of Department experience or responsibility for Maths, to drive significant impact across a key curriculum area.

The successful candidate will model outstanding classroom practice, mentor colleagues, and lead a large maths department to deliver high attainment and strong pupil outcomes. A focus on wellbeing and balance between home life and work is emphasised in our team ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Mathematics across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Ability to lead a large teaching team and staff development in maths.
