The Victory Academy seeks an Associate Leader of Maths to join our school leadership team and lead the maths department while taking responsibility for numeracy across all Key Stages.

You will create a positive, inclusive learning environment, support progression to GCSE and A-Level, and build strong professional relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Passion for maths education and developing young mathematicians.
• Experience in leadership or senior teaching roles.
• Ability to build professional relationships and maintain high standards.

• Lead maths as a subject area and oversee whole school numeracy across Key Stages.
