Job summary

Oasis Academy MediaCityUK is seeking an exceptional Associate Assistant Principal (Mathematics) to lead mathematics across the academy and drive outstanding outcomes. The role focuses on curriculum development, teaching quality, assessment strategies and whole-school improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Degree in Mathematics or equivalent.
• Strong leadership track record in mathematics.
• Proven ability to analyse performance data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Mathematics across the academy.
• Lead development and implementation of a challenging Mathematics curriculum.
• Drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessment.
