Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an Enhanced Care Maternity Support Worker to join the Ruby Team at Whipps Cross Hospital in east London. You will work with women and families with complex social factors, providing safe care across community and hospital settings.

The role requires enthusiasm, reliability and a collaborative approach with the MDT. You will support midwifery staff and liaise with external providers to improve data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, dynamic and reliable; passionate about creating excellent birthing experiences for women and families with complex social factors.
• Able to work collaboratively within the MDT to support women and their families throughout their journey.
• Liaise with external providers and stakeholders to develop and improve systems for collecting reportable data.

Responsabilités

• Support the Ruby Team in providing safe care in community and hospital settings.
• Assist midwifery staff with assigned tasks and interventions for women and babies under the midwife's direction.
• Coordinate with external providers to build an effective data collection system.
