Job summary

Royal Devon is hiring an internal Maternity Tobacco Dependency Advisor (Band 4) to develop tailored support plans, promote smoke-free living, and provide CO monitoring within maternity services. The role requires home visits, a valid driver’s license, and working pattern Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate up to date and comprehensive records at all times.
• Respond effectively to referrals within stated timescales – self-referrals from the individuals, and those from colleagues and others from the maternity team.
• Will be involved in the monitoring and evaluation of client feedback, offering recommendations as part of the team to improve service user experience
• Home visits and visits to Community Hubs involved in this role, therefore must have own transport
• Working Pattern; Monday-Friday 0800-1600
