NHS Grampian is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the Moray Maternity Programme, coordinating across NHS Grampian to deliver improvements in patient care and health outcomes. You will work with clinical teams, senior leaders and colleagues to turn plans into tangible improvements.

You will manage multiple workstreams, develop project plans, monitor progress and risks, and facilitate collaboration to ensure projects meet timescales and budgets while realising intended benefits.

Formación

• Experience leading complex healthcare projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with clinical teams.
• Strong planning, reporting and risk management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of maternity programme initiatives across NHS Grampian.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Programme Director and clinical leads to achieve benefits.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Support organisational change and staff transition during delivery.
