The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, monitoring actions, maintaining project documentation, supporting workshops and events, and ensuring effective communication across a wide range of stakeholders. You will act as a central point of contact for the programme team and contribute to the smooth running of a number of complex projects.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within a healthcare or public sector environment. You should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, be able to manage competing priorities, and demonstrate confidence in working with senior managers, clinicians and external partners.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, use initiative, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail, flexibility and a proactive approach are key requirements for this role.
