Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Project Administrator Band 4 to join the Moray Maternity Collaborative Team. This is a 36-hour-per-week, full-time, temporary 11-month role designed to provide high-quality administrative support to multiple projects focused on improving maternity services.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and papers, monitor actions, maintain project documentation, support workshops and events, and ensure effective communication across a wide range of stakeholders.
